Liteplan EMTrac – 3 Hour Non-Maintained Emergency LED Track Light

The EMTrac by Liteplan brings emergency lighting to track-based schemes without disrupting the clean lines of the installation. Built for 3-hour non-maintained operation, it delivers a discreet, low-profile emergency solution that blends seamlessly into modern track lighting layouts rather than standing out as an obvious add-on.

Once fitted, the unit locks securely onto the track, preventing it from being slid or repositioned after installation. This isn't just a design feature — it's essential for compliance, ensuring the emergency lighting layout signed off during design stays exactly where it should be, even if the surrounding mains-powered fittings are later moved or adjusted.

Available in white (RAL9016) or black (RAL9005) — simply select your preferred finish from the dropdown — the EMTrac is compatible with Global Trac, Eutrac, and Stucchi track systems. Where only basic emergency functionality is needed, a dedicated track adaptor is supplied, though this is specifically designed for 3-circuit Global, Eutrac, and Stucchi systems.

Smart Battery Protection, Built In

Every Liteplan battery pack includes integrated temperature monitoring, in line with the current BS EN 61347-2-7 standard. If the module's case temperature drops below 0°C or exceeds 55°C, charging automatically pauses to protect the cell — though the emergency function itself will still operate as needed, provided sufficient charge remains.

The lithium iron phosphate cells used across the Liteplan range are chosen for their long-term reliability, holding charge with a self-discharge rate of just 5% per month.

For sites already using — or planning to use — wireless emergency lighting monitoring, the EMTrac is fully compatible with the LiteMesh wireless system.

Delivery Fees:

→ FREE Express Delivery (*1-2 working days) when you spend £40.00+VAT or more. Express Delivery for orders under £40.00+VAT is £4.99+VAT.

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection:

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day.

Returns:

Enjoy up to 60 days to return any unused items.
