Easy Installation

The Liteplan BNM/1/MinEM is a compact 3-hour non-maintained LED emergency conversion kit supplied complete with a dedicated emergency LED strip, designed for applications where the main fitting cannot be converted using a standard emergency pack.

Ideal for mains-powered LED fittings such as T8 LED tube fittings without an external LED driver, the BNM/1/MinEM operates independently from the main light source, providing reliable standalone emergency illumination during mains power failure.

This easy-to-install emergency kit includes:

Emergency LED strip

Emergency module

LiFePO4 battery

Green charge indicator LED with mounting collar

The system delivers approximately 385 emergency lumens for a minimum of 3 hours and is powered by a 3.2V 3.8Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) stick battery with fixing points for easier installation.

Using advanced LiFePO4 battery technology, the BNM/1/MinEM offers improved reliability, lower maintenance requirements and longer service life compared to traditional NiCd and NiMH emergency battery systems.

Built-in temperature monitoring helps protect battery performance and longevity. In accordance with BS EN 61347-2-7 standards, charging automatically stops if battery temperatures fall below 0°C or exceed 55°C, whilst the emergency function will continue to operate if sufficient battery capacity remains.

Liteplan LiFePO4 cells also feature a low self-discharge rate of approximately 5% per month, helping maintain dependable long-term emergency operation.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the battery to fully charge after installation.

Delivery Fees:

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection:

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day.

Returns:

Enjoy up to 60 days to return any unused items.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normally, within 3 days of receiving the goods.
