Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage. Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
Collection:
You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please Do Not turn up without confirmation of a date and time. Collections will be temporarily paused from 24/12/2025 until 02/01/2026.
Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day. Deliveries over Christmas after 24/12/2025 may take a few working days longer to arrive.
