The Tridonic EMconverterLED BASIC 202 MH/LiFePO4 50V is a self-contained emergency lighting converter designed for installation inside LED luminaires. It operates designated LED modules during a mains failure, providing dependable non-maintained emergency lighting.

The unit accepts LED loads with a total forward voltage between 10 and 54 V. Its constant-power output is designed to obtain the maximum available emergency light output across compatible LED modules. A duration link allows the installer to select either 1-hour or 3-hour emergency operation, subject to the compatible battery configuration used.

The converter works alongside compatible dimmable or non-dimmable constant-current LED drivers. Its three-pole technology provides two-pole LED-module changeover together with delayed power switching for the normal LED driver.

An electronic charging system automatically recognises compatible NiMH or LiFePO4 battery technology. Integrated safeguards include deep-discharge protection, a short-circuit-proof battery connection, reverse-polarity protection and automatic output shutdown when the connected LED load is outside the permitted range.

With its slim 179 × 30 × 21 mm polycarbonate enclosure, the EMconverterLED BASIC 202 is suitable for integration into space-conscious luminaires. A compatible battery, LED status indicator and test switch should be selected according to the installation requirements and Tridonic documentation.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION

Installation must be completed by a suitably qualified person. Check the Tridonic datasheet before ordering to confirm compatibility with the LED module, LED driver and chosen battery. Emergency duration and charging time depend on the approved battery configuration.

Unless supplied separately by the seller, the battery, test switch and LED status indicator are not included.

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection:

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day.

Returns:
