→ FREE Express Delivery when you spend £40.00+VAT or more. Express Delivery for orders under £40.00+VAT is £4.99+VAT. 

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection: 

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day. 

Returns:

Enjoy up to 60 days to return any unused items.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normally, within 3 days of receiving the goods.
