Liteplan TLP/1S-K LED Emergency Conversion Kit 55-300 Volt LED Loads

The Liteplan TLP/1S-K is a high-performance 3-hour LED emergency conversion kit designed for high-voltage LED loads between 55-300V. Ideal for extended linear LED systems and a wide range of LED lighting applications, this versatile emergency module delivers reliable emergency operation whilst maintaining maximum illumination performance.

Suitable for use with many LED circuits and fittings, the TLP/1S-K can also operate selected self-driven lamps such as GU10 LED lamps, subject to compatibility testing.

Designed around advanced LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery technology, the TLP range offers improved reliability, lower maintenance requirements and excellent long-term performance.

The module automatically adjusts the output current to achieve the optimum balance between the connected LED load and battery performance, ensuring full 3-hour emergency duration whilst maximising light output.

For added installation flexibility, the TLP/1S-K is available in:

• PCB terminal block version for internal luminaire installation


• Pre-wired remote mounting version where fitting space is limited

Built-in battery temperature monitoring helps protect battery life and improve safety. In line with BS EN 61347-2-7 standards, charging automatically pauses if battery temperatures fall below 0°C or exceed 55°C.

Liteplan LiFePO4 batteries feature a low self-discharge rate of approximately 5% per month and provide dependable emergency performance over extended periods.

The complete TLP range is independently TÜV certified, confirming compliance with national and international emergency lighting safety standards.
