Liteplan NLP/1S/80/TP40/R LED Emergency Conversion Kit 6-80 Volt LED Loads

The Liteplan NLP/1S/80/TP40/R is a compact 3-hour LED emergency conversion kit designed for remote installation in applications where internal luminaire space is limited.

Suitable for 6-80V LED loads, this version of the popular NLP/1S/80 is supplied within a slimline remote housing capable of passing through ceiling voids as small as 40mm, making it ideal for installations where standard emergency packs cannot be fitted inside the luminaire.

Designed to support a wide range of LED fittings, circuits and lighting applications, the NLP/1S/80/TP40/R automatically adjusts its output current to achieve the optimum balance between battery performance and connected LED load. This helps maximise emergency illumination whilst ensuring full 3-hour emergency duration.

The unit is supplied complete with strain relief cables for easier remote installation within ceiling voids adjacent to the fitting.

Using advanced LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery technology, the NLP range offers reduced maintenance requirements, improved efficiency and dependable long-term emergency performance.

All Liteplan LiFePO4 batteries include built-in temperature monitoring for enhanced safety and battery protection. In accordance with BS EN 61347-2-7 standards, charging automatically pauses if battery temperatures fall below 0°C or exceed 55°C.

Liteplan LiFePO4 cells also feature a low self-discharge rate of approximately 5% per month, helping maintain reliable emergency operation over extended periods.

The NLP range is independently TÜV certified and manufactured to meet national and international emergency lighting safety standards.
