Liteplan D2N/1S/80/TP40/R Two-Part DALI-2 Addressable Self-test Emergency Lighting Conversion Kit

The Liteplan D2N/1S/80/TP40/R is a compact two-part DALI-2 addressable self-test LED emergency conversion kit designed for remote installation in applications where there is limited space inside the luminaire.

Suitable for LED loads between 6-80V forward voltage, this versatile 3-hour emergency pack supports a wide range of LED fittings, circuits and lighting applications. The intelligent emergency control system automatically adjusts the LED output current to achieve the optimum balance between battery performance and connected load, helping maximise emergency illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration.

Designed for modern intelligent lighting systems, the D2N/1S/80/TP40/R is fully DALI-2 compliant and supports DALI-2 addressable emergency operation and self-test functionality.

In accordance with DALI-2 standards, if the module is commissioned without a DALI control system present, the unit automatically reverts to standalone self-test operation, with fault indication shown via the charge LED indicator.

This TP40/R version is specifically designed for remote ceiling void installation where there is insufficient room within the fitting to house the emergency control gear. The slimline housing passes through apertures as small as 40mm, making it ideal for compact luminaires and restricted access installations.

Liteplan LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries feature integrated temperature monitoring for enhanced safety and battery protection. In line with BS EN 61347-2-7 requirements, charging automatically stops if battery temperatures fall below 0°C or exceed 55°C.

The LiFePO4 battery technology also offers a low self-discharge rate of approximately 5% per month, helping maintain reliable long-term emergency performance with reduced maintenance requirements.

The Liteplan D2N range is independently TÜV certified, confirming compliance with national and international emergency lighting safety standards.
