Helvar EL2x32/42TCs HF Electronic Ballast

The Helvar EL2x32/42TCs HF Electronic Ballast is a high-frequency fluorescent ballast designed to primarily operate *2 x 32w or 42w 4pin PL-T type compact fluorescent lamps. Most leading manufacturers have cancelled production of any CFL HF control gear, however, Helvar still manufactures these, so all our current stock is brand new and usually less than 12 months old OEM stock.

This means you are getting brand-new OEM units every time with a genuine warranty for up to 2 years.

The Helvar EL2x32/42TCs HF Electronic Ballast can be used as a replacement for any HF ballast used to operate 2 x 32w or 42w triple turn compact fluorescent lamps which have a GX24q-3 (4-pins) cap configuration. This will be printed on the base of the lamp if you are unsure. All high frequency CFL lamps have a different cap configuration depending on the style and wattage of the lamp.

*This electronic ballast can also operate 2 x 26w 4pin PL-C and PL-T type lamps, plus 2 x F30w T8 Fluorescent Tubes with a G13 cap type. This ballast may also operate other similar wattage hf fluorescent lamps or tubes, but this hasn't been tested and therefore cannot be guaranteed. 

The TCs HF range lasts on average 50,000 hours, provided they are installed correctly in a reliable circuit/setup.

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection: 

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normally, within 3 days of receiving the goods.
