This Fire Rated LED Downlight provides a fantastic alternative to its traditional halogen predecessor, to upgrade the look and feel of your room. With an IP65 rating, it's suited for bathrooms too! PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a direct replacement for the old Orbio360 downlight range by Ansell. It has a different plug connector and therefore you will need to change everything at the mains side to install this one. Please ask for advice before ordering if you are unsure.

Returns:
We offer a very generous 60-day returns window should you need to return any unused (in original condition) items. You do not have to provide us with a reason for the return, however, you are liable for the return postage costs which are non-refundable.

Our customer support will then provide further instructions. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please ensure the item(s) are well packaged as damages caused in transit due to insufficient protection may not be eligible for a refund.
