The Helvar EL1x14-35ngn5 HF Electronic Ballast is a high-frequency fluorescent ballast designed to operate 1 x F14w, F21w, F28w and F35w T5 Fluorescent Tubes with a double-ended G5 pin configuration. Most leading manufacturers have cancelled production of any T5 fluorescent HF control gear, however, Helvar still manufactures these so all our current stock is brand new and usually less than 12 months old OEM stock.

This means you are getting brand-new OEM units every time with a genuine warranty for up to 2 years.

The Helvar EL1x14-35ngn5 HF Electronic Ballast can be used as a replacement for any HF ballast used to operate a single F14w, F21w, F28w and F35w T5 fluorescent tube. You can also use them when paired with 'Eco T5' versions of these primary wattages which some leading manufacturers produced in slightly lower wattages but are equivalent to their more common wattages above. This will be stamped on the tube itself if you are unsure.

Although many of these ballasts wire up the same, you may need to modify your wiring slightly to accommodate this. The NGN5 HF range lasts on average 60,000 hours

Delivery Fees:

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection:

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day.

Returns:

Enjoy up to 60 days to return any unused items.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normally, within 3 days of receiving the goods.
