The Tridonic ACCU-LiFePO4 3.0Ah 2A CON is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery designed for use with approved Tridonic emergency lighting control gear.

Its two cells are arranged in a slim linear stick format, making the battery suitable for installation inside compatible emergency luminaires where space is limited. The pack has a rated voltage of 3.2 V and a total rated capacity of 3.0 Ah.

Integrated electronics provide deep-discharge, overcharge and short-circuit protection. A built-in thermal sensor supports safe charging and helps protect the battery when used with compatible Tridonic emergency control gear.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

The battery must be connected only to compatible Tridonic emergency lighting control gear.

For a new battery to reach its rated capacity, Tridonic specifies two to three complete activation cycles. Each cycle consists of a 24-hour charge followed by a complete emergency discharge test.

Install the battery away from heat sources and within the temperature limits specified for the associated emergency driver. Do not leave the battery connected to an unpowered emergency unit for an extended period, as this may cause excessive discharge and reduce its service life.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION

Check the current datasheet for the Tridonic emergency unit before ordering. Matching the connector alone does not confirm electrical compatibility.

Emergency duration depends on the emergency control gear, LED load and battery configuration. This battery must not be connected to third-party charging equipment or used as a general-purpose rechargeable battery.
