DMX Dimming is often used in Entertainment and Stage, Architectural, Commercial, Smart Home and Specialised Lighting environments.

Unidirectional: DMX is a one-way protocol, meaning the controller sends instructions to the lights, but the lights do not send data back (unlike modern bidirectional protocols like DALI)

DMX was introduced in the 1980s by USITT (United States Institute for Theatre Technology) to provide a standardised, cost-effective method to make lighting gear from different manufacturers work together. However, it is still present in many applications across the globe to this day.

Until now, nobody has made a compatible 600×600 LED Panel that is DMX Dimming compatible. We have tested this setup robustly before bringing it to market. We can also make other LED luminaires DMX dimmable. Please ask for further information.

Delivery Fees:

→ FREE Express Delivery when you spend £40.00+VAT or more. Express Delivery for orders under £40.00+VAT is £4.99+VAT. 

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage.

Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead.

Collection: 

You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order. If your order is under £40.00+VAT, please call and place your order over the phone to remove the shipping charge. Someone in our customer support team will advise on your collection date and time. Please make sure you have a time confirmation before travelling.

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day. 

Returns:

Enjoy up to 60 days to return any unused items.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the goods. Normally, within 3 days of receiving the goods.
