The Liteplan NLP/1S/80/TP40/R (6-80 Volt LED Loads) 3-Hour Remote Emergency Lighting Module – Efficient, Compact & TÜV Certified. This version comes with the same components as the standard NLP/1S/80, but they are housed in a slimline housing/casing which can fit through as little as 40mm voids.

The NLP/1S/80/TP40/R is a high-performance 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed for remote installation and compatible with a broad range of LED types, circuits, and lighting applications. Engineered for reliability and flexibility, this unit operates with advanced lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries.

Thanks to its intelligent current regulation, the NLP/1S/80/TP40/R automatically optimises output to deliver maximum illumination while preserving full emergency duration. Each unit includes a green charge-status indicator LED and utilises next-generation LiFePO₄ technology, significantly reducing both energy consumption and ongoing maintenance costs.

Designed for ease of installation, the module is supplied with strain relief cables and can be conveniently mounted in a ceiling void adjacent to the luminaire. It passes smoothly through apertures of 40 mm or larger, making it an ideal choice where internal luminaire mounting is not possible.

All LiFePO₄ batteries in the NLP range include temperature monitoring for enhanced safety. In line with the latest BS EN 61347-2-7 standards, charging is automatically suspended if the battery temperature drops below 0 °C or rises above 55 °C. Despite this, the emergency system will continue to operate as long as sufficient battery capacity remains.

With a low self-discharge rate of just 5% per month, the LiFePO₄ cells ensure dependable, long-term performance. Furthermore, the NLP range is TÜV certified, verifying that each product has undergone rigorous testing and meets stringent national and international safety standards.

Orders in stock placed before 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday (3:30 PM Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered on the next working day (Monday – Friday *excluding weekends). Large bulk orders may take 2 working days for delivery. All orders are tracked/recorded delivery. 

Please note: Items on backorder will be sent out as soon as the stock is available. Orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be processed as normal, but dispatch will be the next working day. 

Returns:
